Sneak Peek Sunday: (Last Sunday’s) Flower-Laden Festivities
It’s been quite awhile since I posted a “Sneak Peek Sunday,” and it being Sunday, it seemed mostly appropriate. I was also admittedly looking for a reasonable excuse to post pictures of my photo-taking extravaganza last weekend.
Last weekend Chris and I trekked upward and south to Manito Park to spend some quality time traipsing around some of the prettiest and most symmetrically planted gardens this side of the Mississippi. These are some of my favorites from the day. The entire set is here.
If you feel like sneak peeking yourself, tell us (or better yet, show us): what did you do last Sunday?

the colors are beautiful. just like you two :)
oh and C and i went to a flea market yesterday (= last sunday) and strolled around for three hours. i bought a 1926 print of one of my favorite children’s books (die biene maja) in great condition for only 8 euro and C bought a bunch of german “steins” to bring home as souveniers in november. i love flea markets. oh and we met an old friend i went to highschool with which was the icing on the cake :) so much for our sunday…
Oh, man the flowers are beautiful! What a lovely way to spend a day.
Oh how pretty!
what a lovely way to spend a sunday ~ those photos are bee-u-tiful :)
Those are some gorgeous flowers!
I love the shot of Chris looking so serious while taking a picture. Portraits of the photographer are always fun. :)
I’ve always been a sucker for flower photography. :) I love this post.
Ohhhh… gorgeous!
your photos are stunning! look at all that glorious color! (and you two are so cute together!)
last sunday all i did was sit in our neighborhood bar and yell at trent green for throwing four interceptions, thereby aiding in miami’s pathetic 37-20 loss against the cowboys. how exciting does THAT sound??
I *adore* these shots, Kerri!
I’ve often wondered why every job can’t be awesome myself. And why I bother for so long with jobs that aren’t. :)
Oh jeez,
I miss Spokane and that garden so much that my eyes welled up with tears a little bit. I’m so jealous of you (and a bit homesick today).
