Chris is the most gentle man I have ever met. He is the most sincere and sweet person I have ever trusted, the most genuine and grand man I have ever let see me for me and yet remained unafraid during the entire typically awkward “unveiling” process.

From the moment we began talking, from the very first email to the very first phone conversation, from the first time I ever laid eyes on him, I was one-hundred-percent kerri, and he was one-hundred-percent smitten, and I couldn’t understand it for such a long time. I still don’t really understand it. He loves ME. The me I hid so cleverly from so many for so long, the me I am not always proud of being. He sees me, gets me, makes me better and stronger and braver than I was yesterday. I love (him for) that.

    i don’t think i’ve ever been one hundred percent me with anyone. except, well, you. but most definitely not with any man i’ve had the (dis)pleasure of dating. your ability to be you entirely with chris is truly something special. and i’m so happy to have had the opportunity to see it for myself. i love you. both.
